Instructional Design Team<\/h3>\n

This group works with faculty on the development of distance learning courses and fully online degree programs. All of the instructional designers hold graduate degrees and have teaching experience. Online Learning Support Team<\/h3>\n

This group provdes faculty Blackboard support. These are the folks who answer the phone, respond to emails, and provide individual training to faculty on Blackboard tools.
